In 2010, I was called in to help solve a boycott of The Tonight Show by Conan O’Brien fans, after he was removed from the show and it was handed back to Jay Leno.
We used a series of digital strategies to increase The Tonight Show’s social media footprint, resolve affiliate complaints, and create new connections between Jay Leno and his audience.
